Daniela holds a law degree with specialization in Corporate Law. He works in the Intellectual Property area of Dorantes Advisors.

Before joining the firm, Daniela worked as an internal lawyer for Sonepar, a company in the industrial security sector. As part of her responsibilities, Daniela oversaw the negotiation of commercial contracts, as well as the Intellectual Property area of ​​the company. Her practice included counseling for data privacy.

Daniela is a member of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, A.C. (AMPPI), where he participates in the Geographical Indications and Appellations of Origin Committee.

Daniela has a Law Degree from Universidad Anahuac, where he graduated with a degree thesis titled Analysis of the Miscarriage of Justice in the Mexican Legal System. Daniela's academic experience includes a Diploma in Regulatory Compliance from the University of Pennsylvania.

Additionally, she has twice successfully completed the Summer School Program held by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI). Besides her mother tongue, which is Spanish, she is fluent in English and French.
